Your Account and Loan Details

Visit and use the mobile number associated with your account to sign in. We’ll text you with a passcode.

To see your loan details and payment history, sign in to your account at and click on the Loans tab. 

To update your contact information, please call Customer Service at (844) 257-5400.

If you aren’t getting any emails from Uplift, please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder. If they aren’t in there, shoot us an email at or give us a call at (844) 257-5400. We’re open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Sign in to your account at and click on the Account tab. Under Manage Payment Methods, you can edit an existing payment method or add a new one.

We recommend that you connect your bank account – it’s a more reliable method than debit card payments.
