Your Account and Loan Details

Visit and use the mobile number associated with your account to sign in. We’ll text you with a passcode.

To see your loan details and payment history, sign in to your account at and click on the Loans tab.

To update your contact information, call Customer Service at (844) 257-5400. 

If you aren’t getting any emails from Uplift, please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder. If they aren’t in there, shoot us an email at or give us a call at (844) 257-5400. We’re open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Sign in to your account at and click on the Account tab. Under Manage Payment Methods, you can edit an existing payment method or add a new one.

We recommend that you connect your bank account- it’s a more reliable method than debit card payments.
