More than just another payment option, UpLift drives important travel marketing metrics including conversion, booking value, channel loyalty, cross-sell and ancillary revenue. UpLift uses the power of digital lending to offer travelers attractive interest rates and has raised more than $200M in lending capacity.

Be a part of UpLift’s team responsible for the lending P&L, credit, data science and analytics, and new financial products. Specifically, the Strategy and Ops Lead will:

  • Build innovative fintech products that strengthen UpLift’s value proposition
  • Lead UpLift’s expansion into new markets
  • Work cross-functionally with UpLift executives to continuously improve UpLift’s lending capabilities and introduce new features
  • Perform market research to track the competitive landscape
  • Become a leader in a fast-growing, ever-expanding team
  • Support the development of strategic partnerships


  • 4+ years experience in management consulting or a business / operations role in fintech
  • History of analytical and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to drive complex projects from concept to finish
  • Experience in working with and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Ability to make well-thought strategic recommendations
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ownership mindset
  • Passionate about fintech
  • Located in the San Francisco Bay area or willing to relocate
