How does it work?
With a simple, quick application process, Uplift offers access to loans with low interest rates with no prepayment penalties.
Most airline layaway programs require you to pay a down payment for each person on your itinerary and require you to pay off the balanceof your trip at least 45 days prior to your departure date. Loans through Uplift require only one downpayment no matter how many people are on your itinerary and you can travel before you’ve finished paying off your loan.
You would apply on the travel provider’s website before purchasing your trip. First select the trip you want to purchase with any of our travel provider partners. On the checkout page, select Uplift Pay Monthly as your payment method from within the travel provider’s website. To apply for a loan, you’ll need to provide basic information such as your mobile number and the last four digits of your social security number. You’ll know within seconds if you’ve been approved.
Our travel partners sell a variety of travel products for flights, lodging, cruises and vacations and many make Uplift Pay Monthly available for a broad range of add-on products.
Simply select the Uplift Pay Monthly option on your travel provider’s checkout page to apply.
When you check your rate, a ‘soft’ credit inquiry occurs to verify your identity and determine your eligibility for financing. This ‘soft’ credit inquiry should not affect your credit score.
If you accept and confirm your loan, a ‘hard’ credit inquiry occurs. ‘Hard’ credit inquiries may impact your credit score.
The last four digits of your social security number are used to verify your identity and determine your eligibility for financing.
