Uplift is looking for an expert Product Manager to help design, shape, and drive the standards, capabilities and tools for our web integrations with partners. This PM will be responsible for defining how our core product integrates with and appears on partner sites, for using data and analytics to improve the effectiveness of the product, and for working with stakeholders to define product innovations and improvements.   They will be partnering closely with commercial leaders, product designers and engineering tech leads, along with legal, operations, and lending stakeholders, designers.


  • Define product strategy, road map, and requirements documents in focus area
  • Partner with business owner and tech leads to identify capabilities required to deliver on goals
  • Design product components and validate their delivery
  • Contribute with innovative ideas with optimal solutions and push/challenge our engineering teams
  • Identify efficient processes to help bridge the gap between business owners and engineering
  • Be a product guru who offers end to end view of consumer experiences and communicate with teams


  • 4-6 years professional experience in lending, financial or similar sectors
  • 1-2 years of Product Management or Technical/Engineering experience
  • Bachelors Degree in a business field (technical degree a plus)
  • Strong familiarity with lending, payments, banking or similar processes
  • Ability to work effectively on technical topics and interface with engineers
  • Obtain efficient decision making and offer adaptability and compromise
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced environment with ever changing specifications
