As the Senior Manager of Business Insights, you will be responsible for identifying and driving performance improvements across all Uplift products. You will interact with our sales leadership, product leadership, and C-level executives on a weekly basis. This role requires a strong business background and an affinity for data and analytics. You will develop a deep understanding of all nooks and crannies of our business: from engineering, data, product management, to commercial activities. A successful candidate will have a combination of strategy or consulting skills, a deep sense of ownership, proven technical skills, and an ability to succeed in a dynamic start-up environment.
