This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and varied role that is perfect for someone who has experience in sales and/or operations support. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, have a drive to learn and the ability to perform sales support responsibilities and thrive within a team environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track, and report on partner performance    
  • Create compelling and creative presentations including research, graphics, structure, etc.
  • Maintain sales & training materials such as pitch decks,, and partner marketing assets
  • Salesforce and account maintenance
  • Assist with incentives and incentive management
  • Support commercial team through coordination (and attendance) of events and trade shows including setting up meetings, coordinating the production of sales/marketing materials, coordinating promo items, booth set up and other materials as required
  • Provide administrative support to the commercial team (budget, invoices, meeting management,  office management, travel arrangements)
  • French language support and correspondence as required

Requirements

  • Strong self-starter that takes initiative/ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills (bilingual English / French)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time, be flexible, respond and adapt to changing internal and client demands
  • Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Travel industry or startup experience preferred
  • A passion for travel
