Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and automate solid datasets and insightful dashboards to track core metrics and extract business insights
  • Convert the results into actionable recommendations, craft compelling stories, and evangelize data-driven business decisions
  • Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to identify business opportunities and optimize product performance
  • Work cross-functionally with financial operations, data analytics, engineering and commercial teams to define and implement product functionality
  • Contribute to data aggregation strategy for reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics
  • Ensure that collected data is within required quality standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant hands-on analytics experience
  • BA/BS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus
  • Proficient in building models and data visualizations using Tableau and/or Looker
  • Experience working with databases
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience writing complex queries
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, financial operations, and commercial teams
  • Financial systems and operational domain knowledge in lending, banking technologies, money movement and processing transactions is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, cross-functional, communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, persistence and detail oriented
  • Comfortable working in a startup culture with the ability to demonstrate value and earn trust
