The consumer travel segment is a $1 Trillion global market that is underfinanced relative to other key consumer verticals.

The Capital Markets Analyst is a proactive, adaptive, quick learner who can prioritize an evolving, complex workload in an exciting environment. This is a high growth opportunity that will play an instrumental role in UpLift’s development. This person will work closely with key leaders in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to capital markets and prepare marketing presentations, including support material
  • Manage and utilize market knowledge and prepare various comparables for all planned transactions
  • Analyze and prepare materials for capital markets and evaluate all approvals for same
  • Provide support to research studies
  • Prepare information brochures and required materials for prospective investors
  • Prepare presentations for investors and participate in sales meetings
  • Maintain databases and analyze market intelligence programs
  • Prepare various capital market reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Assist various departments in projects for capital markets
  • Administer and prepare cash flow models for financial structures
  • Develop financial terms and conditions and review investment value


  • BA/BS degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Business
  • 2+ years of capital markets experience
  • 2+ years banking and/or financial services industry experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Grit and flexibility with a strong desire to get in the weeds to solve problems


  • Smart, motivated and entrepreneurial
  • Fintech startup experience a plus
  • Located in SF Bay Area or willing to relocate
