Ice Hawks get POINTS, POINTS, POINTS!
The Outlaws (formally known as K-Wings) scored early in the first.... Then the puck hit the fan, when 16 M. Lachtanski banked one in off a pass from Steve A. and Karen Lachtanski (formally known as Karen Sands..... and by the way, Congrats to you both!) After that, it was one for one as the Outlaws scored yet another goal late in the first. It seemed that the rest of the game would be close.But the Ice Hawks weren't finished yet as they swooped in and dominated both the second and the third periods with no penalties, thanks to 9 Arakaki not being at this game. As the box score says below, the Ice Hawks quite a few more points, with goals from 25 Pekarek, 44 Young, 53 Dvorak, 22 Arsenault and 3 goals from 3 Kopp. Yes this game was history in the making as this was 3 Kopp's very first hat trick ever! Congatulations Hat-Trick-Boy!
